Hi, I'm Brad.

An accredited Sports Therapist, with the Society of Sports Therapist (SST), having completed an MSc in Sports and Exercise Therapy at Leeds Beckett University.

I have experience working in both sports teams and clinical environments. Currently, I’m working at Ilkley Town AFC, providing pitch-side care and pre-match treatments for both training and matchdays.

My passion for sports therapy grew from my own time in sport. Experiencing injury, rehab, and performance demands first-hand showed me how powerful good treatment can be. Now, I use that knowledge to help others stay strong, mobile, and pain-free.

What We Offer

Injury Assessment

An injury assessment helps identify the cause of your injury or pain. We’ll discuss how it happened, your symptoms, and injury history, then assess your range of movement and strength alongside some special testing find out what is causing the injury or pain.

You’ll get an explanation of what’s going on, along with a personalised treatment plan and rehabilitation exercises focusing on addressing the issues that have been identified.

Deep Tissue / Sports massage

Deep tissue/sports massage focuses on relieving muscle tightness, soreness, and tension caused by training, work, or daily life. Using targeted hands-on techniques, we work into deeper layers of muscle to improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and support recovery.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial cupping uses suction cups on the skin to lift and decompress tight muscles and connective tissue. This helps improve blood flow, reduce stiffness, and release restrictions on soft tissue structures that can limit the range of motion around joints.

Treatment is often used in conjunction with massage techniques and tailored to your specific needs by easing discomfort, improving mobility, and aiding in faster and more effective recovery.

Functional & Postural Taping

Functional and postural taping uses kinesiology tape to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. It helps improve posture, reduce strain, and provide extra stability where your body needs it most.

The tape is applied based on your assessment to encourage better movement patterns, ease discomfort, and support recovery during sport and everyday activity.
